Delivery Policy

Your PlantBox order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, with deliveries to UK Mainland taking between 3-7 working days.

>> For any orders under £1,000…
Any orders placed under a value of £1,000 will require shipping at a flat rate of £29.00.

>> For any orders over £1,000…
Any orders placed above a value of £1,000 will automatically qualify for free shipping to UK Mainland addresses.

We predominantly use APC as our main courier service, although this can vary depending on order amount. Please note that an additional charge may be incurred for oversize pallets under £1,000.00.

Please note that most deliveries require a signature to ensure goods are correctly received. To arrange a specific delivery date or alternative shipping address, please contact one our team at orders@plantbox.shop to confirm.

We can ship to non-UK addresses, but prices will vary dependant on location. Please contact orders@plantbox.shop to obtain a quote.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or product in which you’ve received, then please get in touch with our Operations team within 14 days of purchase and will be able to arrange for your parcels to be collected and for payment to be refunded.

Should your parcels arrive in a damaged or used condition, then contact the team at orders@plantbox.shop who will be able to assess the damage and organise for an exchange to be sent via Next Day Delivery. Should you not wish to proceed with this option then a full refund will be made.

Please note that for UK Mainland deliveries, we currently deliver within 1-3 days after dispatch. Should there be any issues or further information required about your order, then one of the PlantBox team will be in touch within 48 hours of payment being processed.

Yes – upon request, an order tracking number can be processed for you, please contact one of the team at orders@plantbox.shop or contact@plantbox.shop and quote your #Order Number.

Our distribution team will ensure that your order goes out in pristine condition, which is correctly sealed and accounted for. In the unlikely event of the box arriving damaged, or contents missing, then please get in contact with us directly on 01243 572118 (ext. 208). You will be redirected to our Operations team who will deal with this issue as a matter of urgency.

No problem! With any failed deliveries, a delivery card will be posted through your letterbox with details as what to do next. Normally packages will be delivered to your nearest sorting hub where you’ll be able to collect.
